Processed raw bark (name to remain confidential) for the Despina Harbilas' project. From 600 grams of stems, the bark was peeled, milled, infused, and spray dried to retrieve a total of 30 grams of spray dried extract. All extracts were sent to Harbilas by B. Walshe-Rouselle.
Collected a plant in Whapmagoostui with Cory Harris. Phytochemical observations continued with Asim
 
Preparation of leaves for analysis from five plant species and proceed to an ethanol extraction, a Speed Vac drying process, and analysis using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), an adipocyte differentiation assay, and a fluorescence-based inhibition of AGE formation assay.
